Welcome to Light Within Wellness, I'm glad you've found your way here.
Treatments are uniquely designed with you to co-create an experience of rejuvenation, alignment and ease in your body, mind and spirit. Each session includes an array of manual therapy techniques that work with deep holding patterns in your physical, emotional and energetic body such as Deep Tissue, Myofascial Release, Energy Work, Reflexology, Joint release and more while combined with your breath for ultimate restoration and relaxation. With an intuitive and compassionate approach, my aim is to support your nervous system to unravel the weighted layers of tension and remember your natural, lighter state of being.
